Typical Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project delivery
- Communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices
Required Skills
- PMP or equivalent certification
- 5+ years project management experience
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills
- Budget and resource management
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe certification (SA, SPC, or RTE)
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Enterprise transformation experience
- Technical background in software development
- Change management certification
- Industry-specific experience (fintech, healthcare, etc.)
