Typical Responsibilities
- Design and build internal developer platforms
- Create self-service infrastructure templates
- Implement platform observability and monitoring
- Enable developer productivity through tooling
- Manage platform governance and standards
Required Skills
- 4+ years platform engineering experience
- Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Preferred Qualifications
- Backstage or similar IDP experience
- Service mesh implementation
- Developer experience focus
- Platform metrics and SLIs/SLOs
