Required Skills
- 3+ years business analysis experience
- Strong documentation skills
- Process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart)
- SQL and data analysis
- Stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Domain expertise (fintech, healthcare, etc.)
- Jira/Confluence proficiency
- UAT coordination experience
