Required Skills
- CSM, PSM, or SA certification
- 3+ years Scrum Master experience
- Jira/Azure DevOps expertise
- Facilitation and coaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe SPC or RTE certification
- Enterprise transformation experience
- Kanban and Lean experience
- Agile at scale implementation
